Blair realises she loves has feelings for Dan and she does what she can to get out her marriage and then she goes and gets her man. Compare this with Chuck/Blair - she seems so sure that she loves him yet how many times as she contrived a reason to walk away from him? If Blair had really wanted to be with him, she would have found a way. And this episode was our proof that when it came down to it, when the choice was simply Dan Humhrey and Chuck Bass, not the good guy or the bad guy, she wanted Dan Humphrey.
